Join Olga from Luscious Leaves LLC for a special hands-on terrarium workshop designed to be beginner-friendly, memorable, and fun surrounded by the lush beauty of Prairie Gardens’ greenhouses!
This event will take place during Mom’s Weekend at Prairie Gardens Spring Open House. Whether you attend with your mom, friends, family, or come on your own, it’s a wonderful way to enjoy a relaxing and inspiring afternoon in the greenhouse.
During the workshop, each guest will create their own planted terrarium while learning the basics of terrarium design, layering, plant selection, and arrangement.

Included with ticket:
- one standard 5 x 7 inch terrarium vessel
- guided step-by-step instruction
- terrarium plants
- drainage layer, charcoal, and soil
- decorative sands, stones, natural rocks, and small driftwood accents
- terrarium care guidance
Guests will leave with:
- a completed terrarium to take home
- step-by-step guidance throughout the workshop
- terrarium care instructions to help their piece thrive
For guests who would like to create something larger or more statement-focused, upgraded vessels will also be available for purchase on site, along with a selection of premium add-ons available, includingspecialty crystals and driftwood pieces for guests who would like to further customize their design.
