Where can I view your flyer?

If we have a current flyer, it can be found in the News-Gazette on Sundays or online by clicking on Sales & Events.

Where can I find out about promotions and coupons?

We advertise regularly on local network cable television and on top rated radio stations. We also have Insider Saving specials listed in the store and periodical flyers.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy With Receipt:

Non-seasonal merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Home Furnishings:
Upholstered furniture, tables, and dining sets within 48 hours of purchase/pickup.
All other home furnishings within 14 days of purchase.
Returns outside of the policy may require a restock fee.

NO returns on the following merchandise:
"As is" or Clearance price items
Perishable items
Books and publications
Floral designs
Custom framing
Cut ribbon and bows
Seasonal merchandise 3 days prior to holiday or season end

A grace period of up to 14 days is necessary for cash refunds on merchandise purchased by check. All other refunds are given by the same method of purchase.

Because we custom order all furniture unless you purchase a floor sample, it will take 3 to 5 weeks for your furniture to arrive.

Do you offer design services (decorating for events and seasons)?

We don't offer design services outside of our store. But, we have many talented and creative associates capable of give you ideas for your home or garden. Feel free to bring in dimensions and photos of a challenging space you want to re-do.

Do you price match your competitors?

Most of our items are not brand name and therefore can't be price matched. Our buyers regularly price check our competitors to make sure our pricing policy is very competitive.
